Applications are now open for the 2024 Guinness Nigeria Undergraduate Scholarship Scheme
Applications are now open for the 2024 Guinness Nigeria Undergraduate Scholarship Scheme, aimed at fostering youth development through transformative initiatives.
The scholarship will provide tuition support for students currently enrolled in public Nigerian universities. Students from Guinness Nigeria’s host communities are particularly encouraged to apply.
Eligibility criteria include:
- Students must be in their second year at public Nigerian universities, polytechnics, or colleges of education.
- Applicants must be studying STEM courses (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
- University and college of education students must have a minimum CGPA of 3.4 or 3.5 (second class upper credit).
- Polytechnic students must have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 (upper credit) from their OND program and must have secured admission into the HND program.
Selection will involve an aptitude test, and shortlisted candidates may need to provide a letter of introduction from their Community Development Association chairman.
Interested candidates should submit their applications by September 17, 2024.
