Sule Lamido University to Partner with JSCOELS Ringim on Academic Collaboration

Sule Lamido University Kafin Hausa (SLUK) has announced plans to collaborate with the Jigawa State College of Education and Legal Studies (JSCOELS), Ringim, in areas of research, idea exchange, and staff and student exchanges. The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Muhammad Ibrahim Yakasai, made this known on Wednesday, 27th November 2024, during a visit by the college’s management.

The Acting Provost of JSCOELS, Dr. Zainab Muhammad Kazaure, led the delegation and explained that the purpose of their visit was to congratulate the Vice-Chancellor on his appointment, seek his blessings and mentorship, and explore potential collaborations that would benefit both institutions.

In his response, Professor Yakasai expressed his openness to assisting the college in any way possible and reaffirmed SLUK’s commitment to fostering academic excellence through collaboration. He emphasized that the university is always ready to support initiatives that will enhance the quality of education.

The JSCOELS delegation included the Chairman of the Governing Council, Dr. Dahiru Abdulkadir, the Acting Provost, Dr. Zainab Muhammad Kazaure, Registrar Dr. Mahmoud Sarki, Bursar Malam Ahmad Alhaji Zubairu, and College Librarian Dr. Razika Muhammad Yahaya.
