UDUS Directs Students to Print and Submit Exam Cards

As Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto (UDUS) prepares for second-semester examations, students have been instructed to print, stamp, and submit their examination cards through their departmental representatives.

An internal memo, signed by Prof. Yahaya T. Baba, Chairman of the Examination Monitoring Committee (EMC), directs students to begin printing their examination cards from Monday, October 7, until Wednesday, October 9.

Additionally, the memo specifies that students should submit their cards and retrieve them through class representatives between Tuesday, October 8, and Monday, October 14, 2024.

“Students must print their e-examination cards from the University’s registration portal using the access codes obtained during course registration,” the memo advises.

The Examination Monitoring Committee also urged students facing registration issues to promptly contact the Director of Examinations and Registration or the Director of Management and Information Systems (MIS).
