UNIABUJA Teams Present Innovative Projects to Acting VC Ahead of International Competition in Netherlands
Teams from the University of Abuja presented their innovative food system projects to Acting Vice-Chancellor Prof. Aisha Sani Maikudi before representing the university at the 2024 FSIC grand finale in the Netherlands.
Before their participation in the grand finale of the 2024 Wageningen Food Innovation System Challenge (FSIC) in the Netherlands, teams from the University of Abuja displayed their innovative projects to the Acting Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Aisha Sani Maikudi.
This presentation was a crucial step in preparing for the competition, which focuses on fostering youth engagement and entrepreneurship in food systems.
The teams, led by Dr. Ogunlade-Anibasa Grace Oyiza and mentored by Prof. Taibat Adebukola Atoyebi, along with contributions from Malam Alkassim Umar, the Deputy Registrar of the Academic Office, showcased their work, emphasizing their dedication to impactful solutions in food system transitions.
