the Students’ Union Government (SUG) of the University of Calabar has issued a stern warning to all students. According to the SUG Executive President, Comr. Alims Blessing Iripia, any form of protest on campus that is not sanctioned by the Students’ Union Government is strictly prohibited.

UNICAL Warns Against Unauthorized Protests on Campus

In an official statement released today, the Students’ Union Government (SUG) of the University of Calabar has issued a stern warning to all students. According to the SUG Executive President, Comr. Alims Blessing Iripia, any form of protest on campus that is not sanctioned by the Students’ Union Government is strictly prohibited.

The statement emphasizes that any individual or group found causing disturbance or disrupting the peace of the educational environment will face immediate and severe disciplinary measures. The University administration is committed to maintaining a conducive and peaceful atmosphere for learning, and any violation of this will be met with consequences.
