UNILAG Opens Applications for Diploma in Human Kinetics and Health Education for 2024/2025 Academic Year

The University of Lagos (UNILAG) is now accepting applications for its two-year part-time Diploma in Human Kinetics and Health Education, tailored for active sportsmen and women. Candidates must have five credits in WASSCE, NECO, or GCE O/L, including Mathematics and English, as well as a Coaching Grade III Certificate or Diploma from the National Institute of Sports, with an application deadline set for December 14, 2024.

The Human Resources Development Centre (HRDC) at the University of Lagos (UNILAG) is inviting applications for its two-year part-time Diploma in Human Kinetics and Health Education program, specifically designed for active sportsmen and women.Prospective candidates must possess five credits in the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE), NECO, or GCE O/L, including Mathematics, English Language, Biology, and any other Science subject, all obtained at one sitting. Additionally, applicants must hold a Coaching Grade III Certificate or a Diploma from the National Institute of Sports.

The program will span two academic sessions, with an application fee of N17,000 and a tuition fee of N100,000 per session, alongside a course materials fee of N10,000. Interested candidates can access the application form by visiting http://hrdc.unilag.edu.ng/.

The password for the application will be derived from the surname entered in lower case; therefore, accuracy in filling out personal information is crucial.

Once the application form is completed, candidates are required to submit the original print-out of the form along with two photocopies of their Birth Certificate, payment receipt, and other relevant credentials to the HRDC and the HKHE Department by Saturday, December 14, 2024.
