UNILORIN Hosts 2024-2025 Huawei ICT Competition
The University of Ilorin will host the Huawei ICT Competition 2024-2025 on November 1, offering students the chance to gain industry recognition, certification, and access to Huawei’s advanced technology resources.
The University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) is set to host the highly anticipated Huawei ICT Competition for the 2024-2025 academic year on Friday, November 1, 2024. This event, organized in collaboration with Huawei ICT Academy, will take place at the University Auditorium, starting at 9 a.m.
The competition will be hosted by distinguished university faculty members, including Dr. M.A. Akanmu, Dean of Student Affairs; Prof. L.A. Azeez, Dean of the Faculty of CS; and Prof. J.K. Odusote, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering. The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. W.O. Egbewole, will serve as the Chief Host.
The Huawei ICT Competition presents a unique opportunity for students to gain industry recognition, earn valuable certifications, and compete for prizes, internships, and job opportunities. Participants will have access to Huawei’s cutting-edge technologies and resources, enhancing their skills and opening doors to future career possibilities.
