The Vice Chancellor of the University of Ilorin, Professor Wahab Egbewole, SAN, today hosted Professor Olusegun Omoniyi Ige, the newly appointed Director-General of the Nigerian Geological Survey Agency (NGSA), in his office.

Professor Ige, before his new appointment, served as a lecturer in the Department of Geological and Mineral Sciences at the University of Ilorin. His distinguished career and contributions to the field have earned him this prestigious position at the NGSA.
