The B.Sc. Conversion Programs at UNIMED provide graduates with a unique chance to be admitted to the university’s degree programs, improving their chances of finding employment and developing professionally. The programs last for six semesters.

UNIMED B.Sc. Conversion Admission Form Requirements
Candidates must have five (5) credit passes in the following subjects from SSCE/NECO: English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at no more than two (2) sittings.
Candidates must have earned a higher national diploma in a relevant field.
Candidates must possess professional licenses in their field that are accepted as being comparable to an HND.
The applicant must also possess NYSC Exemption Certificate or NYSC Discharge Certificate.
How to Apply for UNIMED B.Sc. Conversion Admission Form
The University’s website, www.unimed.edu.ng, should be accessed by eligible candidates. Follow these instructions after that:

Click on Admission;
Program of Choice should be selected.
To pay online with a VISA or MASTER Card, select payment from the menu. Please be aware that VERVE Card is not accepted.
Following payment, please print a Payment Receipt.
Use your Payment Transaction ID to complete the form by clicking on the application form.
