A Professor at the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) has been selected for the 2024 TechWomen program in San Francisco Bay Area USA.

Professor Adanna Henri-Ukoha of the Department of Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness Management in the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Port Harcourt has been selected by the joint Committee of the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs ECA and the Institute of International Education IIE to participate in the 2024 TechWomen program.

With over 6,000 applicants, Prof Henri-Ukoha passed through the rigorous screening process to emerge as outstanding awardee amongst only 103 selected globally. We commended Prof Henri-Ukoha for this feat and wished her a successful participation in the program.
