The Students' Union of the University of Ilorin has successfully negotiated a reduction in transportation fare from Post Office to the permanent site, following a recent increase in pricing due to fuel costs.

The union, in collaboration with the Student Affairs leadership, met with bus operators and agreed on a fare reduction from N800 to N500. This move aims to strike a balance between the operators' needs and the economic challenges faced by students.
