University of Maiduguri Receives Delegation from National Commission for Al-Majiri and Out-of-School Children Education

The Acting Vice-Chancellor of the University of Maiduguri, Prof. Mohammed Laminu Mele, received a delegation from the National Commission for Al-Majiri and Out-of-School Children Education (NCAOOSCE) led by Executive Secretary Dr. Muhammad Sani Idris.

The delegation included notable figures such as Arch. Mustapha Aliyu Abdullahi, Chairman House Committee on Alternative Education; Hajiya Dr. Aishatu Dukku, former Minister of Education and two-term member of the House of Representatives; and the Executive Secretary of Borno State Tsangaya Board.

In the absence of the Acting Vice-Chancellor, the Dean of Postgraduate Studies, Prof. Yakubu Mukhtar, sat in to receive the delegation.
