UNN Releases Draft Timetable for 2023/2024 First Semester Examinations

The University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) has released the draft timetable for the 2023/2024 first semester examinations for inter-faculty and inter-disciplinary courses. According to the timetable, the examinations will commence on Monday, August 5, and conclude on Friday, August 16, 2024.

The draft timetable also includes the schedule for computer-based examinations, which are set to begin on Monday, July 29, 2024, and end on Friday, September 6, 2024. These computer-based examinations have been specified by various departments.

Faculty members are requested to review the draft timetables and provide feedback on any omissions or clashes that may affect their students. Inputs are to be submitted by Wednesday, July 24, 2024. The preferred input should come from the Faculty Examinations Timetable Committee rather than individual departments to ensure a streamlined process.

The final timetable will be released on Friday, July 26, 2024. After this date, the Examinations Unit will not address any clashes; these will need to be resolved internally by the relevant faculty or department.

Departments are reminded that departmental examinations are scheduled to begin on Monday, July 29, and end on Friday, August 2, 2024. Scheduling departmental examinations within the inter-faculty and inter-disciplinary examination period is prohibited as per Senate decision. Any department that violates this schedule will be held responsible for any resulting timetable clashes and should not expect intervention from the Examinations Unit.
