Usmanu Danfodiyo University Pays Tribute to Late Former President Muhammadu Buhari

The university's management and staff are paying their respects to the late statesman, who is remembered for his sacrifice, discipline, and faith.

Out of respect for the period of national mourning, the Compassionate Employment Appeal, initially scheduled to take place earlier, has been rescheduled to commence on Wednesday, July 16, 2025. This decision reflects the university's commitment to showing compassion and respect during this difficult time.

The university's condolence message reads: "Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Ilaihi Raji'un. With deep sorrow, we mourn the passing of Former President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR... Ya Allah, forgive him, have mercy on him, and grant him Jannatul Firdaus. Ameen." The message concludes with a prayer for the nation's comfort during this period of mourning .
