14-Year-Old Prodigy Curtis Lawrence III Secures $1.4M in Scholarships, Embarks on Computer Science Journey at FAMU

Born with an innate passion for learning and an insatiable curiosity, Curtis Lawrence III's journey began with remarkable achievements at an early age. Reading at two, he took his first SAT test at 10, excelling in math and science, and nurturing a fascination with biology and computer science.

Opting for Florida A&M University (FAMU), a historically black university, Curtis entered as a junior majoring in biology and computer science, backed by a full scholarship and a place in the Honors Program.
