AAU Clarifies Validity of Statement of Result

Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, has issued an important notice to all graduates regarding the validity of the Notification of Final Degree Examination, popularly known as the Statement of Result.

According to the university, the Statement of Result will now only be valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of issuance. After this timeframe, the document ceases to be recognized for official purposes.

The management therefore strongly advises graduates to apply for and obtain their original degree certificates immediately after receiving their Statements of Result.

The announcement further emphasized that:

i. Previous graduates who have not yet collected their certificates are urged to do so without delay.
ii. Recent graduates should note that the validity period is now clearly printed on their Statements of Result.
