AAU Issues Urgent Notice On Course Registration And Students Results On Kofa

The Management of the Ambrose Alli University (AAU) has issued notice to all students on course registration for the 2023/2024 academic session, Myschoolnews report.

In order to resolve the challenges being faced by students as regard their online course registration and inability to see their results on Kofa, the University Management hereby directs that the following be implemented on the portal with immediate effect;

1. Late registration fee for the 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 sessions respectively has been suspended. All students by this directive should be given access to the portal to register their courses without payment of the late registration fee. Students are by this release advised to take advantage of NO late registration fee and register their courses for both sessions as this will enable ICT Directorate upload all results for both sessions.

2. The GST and ENT results for all students should be uploaded to the portal with immediate effect. The University Management has also approved that the criteria for upload of both results for the two sessions in question to Kofa should be should be based on payment of full school fees only.

3. Students who are having issues with their school fees payment(s), results and course registration are to please send a mail to ICT Directorate via studentssupport@aauekpoma.edu.ng.

Such emails should state clearly the issues they are having, matriculation numbers/portal ID (E10 & E11), along side with the sessions in question.

Scanned copies of evidence of payment made via Interswitch Bank Branch or POS should be uploaded as attachment to the emails, for those with school fees payment issues.

Please accept the assurance of the University Management as it has mandated the ICT Directorate to resolve all issues within 48hours on receipt of the emails.
