Emmanuel Victor, a 500 level Optometry student at Abia State University, Uturu, has confessed to the murder of fellow student Emmanuel Uche. Victor, hailing from Mbaitolu in Imo State and residing in Port Harcourt, recounted the events that culminated in the fatal encounter with Uche.
