Prof. Collins Chijioke, Dean of the Faculty of Law, praised the accomplishment, attributing it to a structured system of mentorship, professional ethics, and practical legal training. He noted that achieving First Class at the Law School is not only a reflection of brilliance but also the result of sustained support, guidance, and preparation.

This accomplishment sets a new benchmark for ABSU and other state universities, proving that excellence is achievable with the right systems in place—regardless of an institution’s size or resources. The university hopes this achievement will inspire other faculties and institutions across Nigeria to aim higher and deliver globally competitive education.
