Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi has declared Tuesday, July 15, 2025, a public holiday in honor of the late former President Muhammadu Buhari, following a federal government directive.
The university will resume normal activities on Wednesday, July 16, 2025.
Only staff members on essential services are exempted from the public holiday. The Vice-Chancellor and the university community have extended their condolences to the family of the late President, praying for his peaceful rest.
