The union is demanding prompt payment of salaries, which have been delayed allegedly due to the lecturers' withdrawal from the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS).

ASUU ATBU is seeking equal treatment for university lecturers, who are currently being left out while other government organizations are paid promptly .
