Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri Awarded 100 postgraduate Students Scholarships to study in Turkey

Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has urged 100 postgraduate students awarded scholarships to study in Turkey to be disciplined and represent the state with pride.

The students, selected from 21 Local Government Areas under the "Fintiri Win Project," will pursue master's degrees in Engineering, ICT, Architecture, and Medical Sciences. Governor Fintiri's Deputy, Professor Kaletapwa Farauta, emphasized the government's commitment to human capital development and urged the students to focus on their studies, avoid troubles, and be good ambassadors of the state.

The scholarship beneficiaries were chosen based on merit from over 5,000 applicants. Commissioner for Education, Dr. Umar Garba Pella, encouraged the students to work hard and obey authorities, while Executive Director of the Adamawa State Scholarship Trust Fund, Dr. Joshua Kwanamu, praised Governor Fintiri's leadership in uplifting the state's education system. ¹ ² ³
