Adekunle Ajasin University, Orientation And Pre- Screening Exercise For All Fresh Students

Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba - Akoko In Affiliation with Kwara State College of Education Technical Lafiag, Orientation and Pre- Screening Exercise for all fresh students.

This is to inform all fresh students of Adekunle Ajasin University Akungba - Akoko in Affiliation with Kwara State College of Education Technical Lafiagi that the Directorate will be conducting Orientation and  pre - screening exercise scheduled as follows:

Date: Wednesday 19th- Friday 21st July, 2023

Time: 10am  -  2pm daily

Final Clearance for all fresh students would also be conducted by official of AAU, Akungba - Akoko which is Scheduled as follows:

Date: Tuesday 25th-

 Friday 28th July,2023.

Time: 10am - 4pm daily

Venue: CADLEP Centre 

Meanwhile, all the newly admitted Students are expected to come along to the screening Centre with underlisted credentials.

A) Duly signed Admission Letter and Acceptance receipt

B) O' Level/ A' Level Result if any ( NCE/ Diploma)

C) Citizenship Certificate

D) Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age

E) Four (4) copies of recent passport - size photograph

F) Scratch card for Online checking of O' Level Result

In addition , students are to obtain three (3) files enclosed with bio data information via the centre Secretary. You  are expected  to fill the form and return same to the officers within the stipulated date of the Screening Exercise

- I D card charges at #2500

- Students Hand Book charges #2500

All concerned students are to pay the sum of #1000 each as deposit for collection of AAU Admission Letters and administrative charges at the point of  the Screening.
