The Directorate of Continuing Education, Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic, Unwana, Ebonyi State, has released the official timetable for the 2025/2026 Semester III registration and examination exercise for students in its Continuing Education programmes.

Akanu Poly Releases Semester III Registration and Examination Schedule for Continuing Education Students

The Directorate of Continuing Education, Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic, Unwana, Ebonyi State, has released the official timetable for the 2025/2026 Semester III registration and examination exercise for students in its Continuing Education programmes.

According to a memorandum dated 27th July, 2026, the Semester III registration portal will open on Monday, 3rd August, 2026, and close on Friday, 6th November, 2026. Students have been advised to complete their registration within the approved period to avoid disruptions to their academic activities.

Approved Schedule

  • Monday, 3rd August, 2026 – Registration begins.
  • Friday, 6th November, 2026 – Registration closes.
  • Monday, 9th November, 2026 – Compulsory revision begins for all students.
  • Wednesday, 18th November, 2026 – Mandatory test commences.
  • Friday, 20th November, 2026 – Last day for tests and revision.
  • Monday, 23rd November, 2026 – Semester examinations begin.
  • Saturday, 28th November, 2026 – Semester examinations end.

The memorandum, signed by the Director of the Directorate of Continuing Education, Dr. U. I. Ukpai, urged students and staff across all schools and departments to take note of the approved schedule and comply fully with the registration and examination timelines.
