Al-Hikmah University’s Centre for Community Development has initiated a community health outreach programme aimed at providing essential medical services to local residents. The programme commenced on June 20, 2024, in the Budo Nuhu Zone 1 and Budo Nuhu Akorede areas of Ilorin West Local Government.

Under the leadership of Dr. K.I. Nageri, the Director of the Centre for Community Development, the outreach team consisted of Community Development Ambassadors, faculty members from the Department of Nursing, and enthusiastic undergraduate students from Al-Hikmah University.
