AMR Club MAU Yola Pays Courtesy Visit to College of Medical Sciences

The AMR Club MAU Yola team recently paid a courtesy visit to the Provost of the College of Medical Sciences, Prof. Aliyu Muhammad, and the Head of the Microbiology Department, Dr. Joel Uyi Ewansiha.
During the visit, the club officially appointed Prof. Muhammad and Dr. Ewansiha as Advisers and extended an invitation to them to serve as Guest Speakers at the club's official launching event, scheduled for February 6, 2025.
The club also presented an overview of its mission, vision, and activities aimed at combating Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) through advocacy, awareness, and impactful initiatives.
The visit was attended by the club's Patron, Dr. Zubaida Hassan, Ph.D., whose support and guidance have been instrumental in the club's endeavors. The club is committed to creating a healthier and more informed future through its efforts.
