Anambra State NYSC Coordinator Hails Cultural Carnival as Showcase of Nigeria's Heritage

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) cultural carnival, a recurring event, has been commended by Mrs. Blessing Ikene Iruma, the Anambra State NYSC State Coordinator, for serving as a platform to showcase Nigeria's rich cultural heritage. During the recent display of cultures by the 2023 Batch C Stream 1 Corps Members at the Nnamdi Azikiwe NYSC Unity Permanent Orientation Camp in Umuawulu/Mbaukwu, Awka Local Government Area, Mrs. Iruma emphasized the potential economic value of aspects like music, traditional food, marriage systems, and art.

The results of the Cultural Carnival competition were announced, with 4 platoon securing the first position, followed by the third platoon in second place, and 10 platoon clinching the third position.
