Bayero University Kano Hosts NELFund Technical Workshop and Sensitization Program

The Students' Union Government (SUG) at Bayero University, Kano, is organizing a Technical Workshop and Sensitization Program on the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFund).

The program aims to provide students with essential information and support regarding the NELFund, including a free registration exercise.

The workshop will cover key topics such as how NELFund works, eligibility and application guidance, and technical assistance on portal use. The program is scheduled to take place over four days, with sensitization sessions on July 8-9, 2025, and a free registration exercise on July 10-11, 2025.

The event is designed to empower students with the knowledge and tools to access educational funding, and all aspects of the program, including the workshop and registration assistance, are completely free of charge. The program is sponsored by Jaiz Bank and powered by SUG-BUK.
