Bayero University Kano Releases Important Updates on NELFund Beneficiary Refunds

The management of Bayero University Kano (BUK) has assured students that the refund process for NELFund beneficiaries is ongoing, despite technical challenges.

According to Comrade Sadeeq Samba, Founder of BUKAU, the university is working diligently to settle refunds for all eligible students. The process is being conducted batch by batch, with up to 27 batches processed as of the latest report.

BUK management has taken full responsibility for refunding and transferring credits to NELFund beneficiaries, without outsourcing to banks. This in-house process may take until the end of October or early November to complete.

Students awaiting refunds are advised to remain patient, as every registered NELFund beneficiary will receive their refund in due time.
