The School of Postgraduate Studies at Bayero University, Kano has released the schedule of fees for the 2023/2024 academic session. The fees are to be reflected on the invoice and are non-refundable after payment.

*Fees Breakdown:*

 

- Acceptance Fee: N15,000 (payable by all new students into BUK Remita Account before screening)

- Registration Fees: (reflected on the invoice, to be paid at the banks)

- Programmes:

    - PhD/MPhil in various fields: N245,500 - N736,500 (depending on the programme)

    - MSc in various fields: N215,500 - N646,500 (depending on the programme)

    - Professional Masters: N180,500 - N706,500 (depending on the programme)

    - Postgraduate Diploma: N170,500 - N511,500 (depending on the programme)

*Special Charges:*

 

- Field trip fee: N5,000 - N20,000 (depending on the programme of study) for PG students in Geography and Environmental Sciences

- Bench fee: N30,000, N20,000, and N10,000 (payable centrally every session by students from Science and Science-based faculties)

- Hostel and Hostel Maintenance charges: N40,180 (for Nigerian students) and N150,000 (for Non-Nigerian students)
