BUK final extension of students registration exercise
The Management of Bayero University, Kano wishes to express its profound gratitude and appreciation to various stakeholders especially some e catchment state governments for the support and assistance they have been rendering to the University as regards registration of our students.

The Management, in particular, commends the efforts of these governments in the payment of registration fees for their indigent students.
The University Management has noted that a significant number of the students are yet to register for the session. Consequent upon appeal by the Governments of Kano and Jigawa states as well as students Union bodies and other stakeholders, the University Management at its meeting held on Monday, 11th September, 2023, further approved the extension of the period of registration exercise to the midnight of Saturday, 30th September, 2023. There will be no further extension of the registration period after this date. Any student who fails to register by the deadline, will not be allowed to sit for the first semester examination of the 2022/2023 academic session.
