Students' Union Government, Bayero University Kano Holds 6th Preliminary Sitting
In a proactive move, the Students' Representatives Assembly (SRA) of the Students' Union Government (SUG) at Bayero University Kano conducted its 6th Preliminary sitting on Tuesday, 16th January 2024.

Approval of Audit Committee Members
Screening and Approval of Bayero University Independent Electoral Commission (BUKIECO) Members
Audit Committee Appointments:
The Faculty Senator of Management Sciences and Departmental Senators submitted a letter requesting approval for the appointment of Fahad Abdullahi Usman as the Chairman and Yahya Shareef Omeiza as the Secretary General of the Audit Committee. After deliberations, the parliament granted approval for their appointments.

BUKIECO Screening and Approval:
The list of Bayero University Independent Electoral Commission (BUKIECO) members was presented for screening. Following thorough deliberations, the parliament approved the following individuals to serve on BUKIECO:
Chairman: Farouq Muhammad Saleh (Faculty of Computing)
Members: Representatives from various faculties
The approval of these committees is a vital step in ensuring the smooth and transparent conduct of future union activities, including elections.
