This milestone is expected to significantly ease the high level of competition for law at the institution, providing 50 additional seats for qualified candidates seeking to join the legal profession. University officials have described the development as a testament to the ongoing efforts to reposition the Faculty of Law as a premier center for legal training in the Niger Delta region.

The expansion is being celebrated across the university community as a significant step forward in the institution's growth and its commitment to broadening access to professional education.
