Czech Republic's Ambassador Inaugurates New Classroom Block at FOMWAN Schools in Abuja

The Czech Republic’s Ambassador to Nigeria, Zdeněk Krejčí, has inaugurated a new block of five classrooms at the Federation of Muslim Women Association in Nigeria (FOMWAN) schools’ secondary section in Abuja. The classrooms were constructed by the embassy as part of its commitment to supporting education in Nigeria.

Ambassador Krejčí, speaking at the commissioning ceremony, emphasized the Czech Republic’s dedication to education. He assured that the embassy would continue to back initiatives that advance education in Nigeria. “We’re ever ready to support those projects that will project education in Nigeria,” Krejčí said.
The ambassador praised FOMWAN for its reliability and effective use of funds for the intended projects. He pledged the embassy’s ongoing support for worthy projects that contribute to the growth of education in Nigeria.

Hajiya Fatimah Isah Ndako, the Amirah (Head) of FOMWAN, FCT Chapter, expressed gratitude for the Czech Republic’s generous gesture. She appealed to Ambassador Krejčí to assist in expediting the completion of the building to provide additional accommodation for the students.
