Education Students' Association of Nigeria, Nasarawa State University Chapter Releases Election Guidelines

The Education Students' Association of Nigeria (ESAN), Nasarawa State University chapter, has released guidelines for the upcoming executive elections.

According to the guidelines, candidates contesting for executive positions must have a minimum CGPA of 2.5, except for the President and Secretary General, who must have a CGPA of at least 3.00.

Other key guidelines include:

- No final year or 400Level student is permitted to contest for any post in the EXCO.

- The posts of President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Financial Secretary are exclusively reserved for students in 300Level.

- Contestants must not have any examination malpractices case or criminal report.

- Any student on probation is automatically disqualified.

- Candidates must be full members of the association with dues paid and evidence of payment.

- Contestants are warned against misconduct during the election.
