Egbira Youth Movement Confers Honorary Title on FULafia VC Prof. Shehu Abdul Rahman

The Egbira Youth Movement in Nasarawa State has conferred the honorary title of "Sir Shetima Opanda" on Professor Shehu Abdul Rahman, Vice Chancellor of the Federal University Lafia (FULafia).

The title was conferred in recognition of Abdul Rahman's outstanding contributions to education and humanitarian services.

The movement's President, Mohammad Ibrahim Obaraze, praised Abdul Rahman's selfless service, particularly in education. The movement also presented an award for exceptional leadership and appealed to the university to establish a Computer-Based Test (CBT) centre in Toto Local Government Area.

Abdul Rahman, represented by Deputy Vice-Chancellor Professor Samaila Dakyes, expressed gratitude and promised to initiate discussions on establishing a CBT centre in Toto.
