Facts you need to know concerning admission at the University of Abuja (UNIABUJA)

Dear candidates, you  have been receiving your pre-admission screening results in the last couple of days.  Our social media team reminds you  about  some of the  facts you need to know concerning admission at the UofA

✅You do not need to 'know anybody' to get admitted here. 

✅You must have reached the age of 16 to be eligible for admission.

✅You must have obtained a minimum of five (5) credit passes  in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examinations (SSCE/GCE) including English Language and Mathematics. These credit passes must be obtained at not more than two (2) sittings. At least three (3) of the credit passes must be in subjects relevant to the degree course applied for.

✅ You must have made UofA your first choice of institution.

✅ You must have Chosen the correct UTME subject combination for your course.

✅ You must have scored  at least 180 in the UTME examination.

✅ You must also have registered for the  Post-UTME screening organised by the University. 

✅ Note that additional requirements might apply for some programmes

FOR DIRECT ENTRY  (DE) admission:

✅ You must have obtained  at least two (2) ‘A’ Level passes or equivalent.

✅ You must have a minimum of five (5) credit passes in other subjects, including English language and Mathematics at the ordinary level (WAEC, NECO, GCE, NABTEB and Grade II).
