Federal Polytechnic Bauchi Closed Due to Student Protest

The Federal Polytechnic Bauchi has announced the immediate closure of academic activities following a student protest sparked by a hostel raid. Students were given two hours to vacate the campus until further notice.

The incident that led to the closure involved unscrupulous elements invading the male students' hostel, making away with students' belongings and injuring two students. Despite management's efforts to address the situation, hoodlums took over the protest, forcing the institution to close temporarily.
