Federal Polytechnic Nekede Appoints Dr. Basilia Igbokwe as New Rector
The appointment, approved by the President, is for a five-year term and includes all benefits associated with the role of a Federal Polytechnic Rector in Nigeria.

Dr. (Mrs) Basilia Igbokwe has been appointed as the Rector of Federal Polytechnic, Nekede, Imo State, effective September 10, 2024.
The appointment, approved by the President, is for a five-year term and includes all benefits associated with the role of a Federal Polytechnic Rector in Nigeria.
Dr. Igbokwe is expected to inform the Governing Council of her appointment. The Permanent Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Education, Dr. Nasir Sani-Gwarzo, mni, NPOM, FWACP, has extended his congratulations and best wishes for a successful tenure.
