Polyunwana’s online screening forms for the 2024/25 ND and HND programs are now available. ND aspirants must match their name with their O'level certificate, upload results to JAMB CAPS, meet a minimum JAMB score of 100, and apply for part-time admission if necessary.

Polyunwana has announced that the online screening forms for the 2024/25 ND and HND programs are now available. Purchasing this form is a mandatory step for admission.

For ND Aspirants:

  • Ensure that the name on your application matches the name on your O'level certificate to avoid disqualification.
  • Upload only results already submitted to JAMB during the form purchase.
  • Upload your O'level results to JAMB CAPS, especially if you took SSCE this year. Admission will be denied without this upload.
  • You must meet the minimum JAMB score of 100 for consideration.
  • If you did not achieve the minimum JAMB score or did not take JAMB, apply for the part-time form through JAMB with a fee of N3,500.00.

For HND Aspirants:

  • Ensure your name matches across your O'level and ND Statement of Results.
  • Upload your original ND Statement of Result when purchasing the HND form.
  • Achieve a minimum CGPA of 2.50 for admission eligibility.

General Information:

  • The online screening application form does not have a deadline, but early submission is recommended to increase your chances of admission.
  • Polyunwana does not conduct a POST UTME test; simply purchase the online screening form and pay the result verification fee.
