FG Commends Nigerian Breweries for Decade of Impactful Education Support

The Federal Government has commended Nigerian Breweries for its outstanding contributions to education through the Felix Ohiwerei Education Trust Fund, marking a decade of impactful work. Mrs. Sade Morgan, representing Nigerian Breweries, expressed gratitude for the Ministry of Education's support in growing initiatives like the Maltina Teacher of the Year Award.

Dr. Sununu, from the Ministry of Education, praised Nigerian Breweries' efforts in infrastructural rehabilitation, mental health counseling, and providing educational materials. He also called on the Maltina Education Trust Fund to help address the issue of over 10 million out-of-school children.

Dr. Sununu further highlighted the company's $1 million donation toward educational infrastructure and encouraged other organizations to follow its example. The ministry reaffirmed the value of public-private partnerships in advancing Nigeria’s educational landscape.
