FULafia Hosts Semi-Final Debate on Artificial Intelligence for Secondary Schools

The Centre for Local Economic Development, in collaboration with the Department of Computer Science, Federal University of Lafia (FULafia), organized the semi-final debate of the FULafia 2025 Government Secondary School Debate. The event took place on February 24, 2025, at Government Science Secondary School, Lafia.

 

This year's debate theme, "Artificial Intelligence: a blessing or a curse?" sparked intense discussion and argumentation among the participating students. The debate aimed to encourage critical thinking, public speaking, and intellectual exploration among secondary school students.
