FULAFIA Partners with MAIYAMCO Investment Nigeria LTD to Launch Agro-Processing Plant in Nasarawa

Federal University of Lafia has teamed up with MAIYAMCO Investment Nigeria LTD to establish one of the largest agro-processing plants in the country, set to be located in Nasarawa State. This collaboration aims to enhance agricultural production, processing, and packaging, contributing to capacity development and research innovation.

Prof. Shehu Abdul Rahman, the Vice-Chancellor of Federal University of Lafia, warmly welcomed Alhaji Abdullahi Maidoya, Chairman and CEO of MAIYAMCO, for discussions on the potential collaboration. Alhaji Maidoya expressed his company's commitment to fostering community development, with the agro-processing venture seen as a key driver for economic growth in the region.
