FUNAAB Extends School Fees Payment Deadline

The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), has approved an extension of the deadline for the payment of school fees to January 4, 2026, following engagements between the Students’ Union Government (SUG) and the university management.

The extension was granted in response to concerns raised by students who are yet to complete their school fees payment due to various challenges. The Students’ Union Government said the approval was secured after sustained discussions aimed at safeguarding the welfare and academic continuity of students.

In a statement issued by the SUG, the union noted that the intervention was in line with its mandate to ensure that no student is unduly disadvantaged as a result of financial constraints.
