The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) is set to host an eagerly anticipated event, the Agriculture Drone Show, scheduled for Wednesday, August 21, 2024.

This event, organized in collaboration with Integrated Aerial Precision, Precision Field Academy, and DJI Agriculture, is themed "Transforming Nigerian Agriculture with Drone Technology." It promises to be a significant leap forward in integrating state-of-the-art technology into the agricultural sector.

The programme will begin at 12 noon at the Mahmoud Yakub Lecture Theatre, where attendees will have the opportunity to engage in a thought-provoking lecture on drone technology. The session aims to explore the various ways drones can revolutionize agricultural practices, including precision farming, resource management, and enhanced productivity. Following the lecture, participants will witness a live Field Demonstration, which will take place on the field opposite the Post Graduate School.
