FUTES-IYIN Receives Multipurpose System, Office Equipment Donation from Tony Pakads and Associates

The presentation was made during a brief ceremony on campus and received by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Gbenga Aribisala, alongside other principal officers of the university.
Speaking at the event, the Chief Executive Officer of Tony Pakads and Associates Limited, Mr. Ero Anthony, said the donation reflects the company’s long-standing commitment to supporting educational development in institutions demonstrating growth, vision, and measurable impact.
He described FUTES-IYIN as a fast-developing institution whose infrastructural and academic progress within a short period stands out among newly established universities. According to him, supporting such institutions is both a responsibility and an investment in national development.
Mr. Anthony noted that during visits to other newly established universities, he observed varying levels of development, but commended FUTES-IYIN for its visible progress, citing the presence of multiple structures and rapid institutional growth under the leadership of the Vice-Chancellor.
He encouraged other corporate organisations and stakeholders to support similar initiatives, emphasizing the university’s strategic positioning as a specialized institution focused on technology and environmental sciences.
Receiving the donation, Vice-Chancellor Prof. Aribisala expressed appreciation to the donor, describing the gesture as timely and valuable to the university’s administrative and operational needs.

He stated that the equipment would enhance efficiency and support the institution’s drive toward improved service delivery and institutional effectiveness.
Prof. Aribisala reaffirmed the university’s commitment to sustaining high standards in infrastructure development, academic excellence, and stakeholder engagement as it continues to expand its academic footprint.
