German Agency for International Cooperation Delegation Pays Courtesy Visit to FUTMinna

A delegation from the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), led by Mr. Peik Bruhns, paid a courtesy visit to the Federal University of Technology, Minna (FUT Minna) on July 30, 2025.

The team was received by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Faruk Adamu Kuta, and members of the University Management.

During the visit, Mr. Bruhns discussed the Inspire, Create, Start, and Scale (ICSS) modules, part of the Entrepreneurship Development Training Centre's initiatives. He commended the University's Entrepreneurship Development Centre (EDC) for its commitment to supporting business incubation and skill development.

Prof. Kuta expressed appreciation for GIZ's continued support and highlighted the University's growing enrollment and graduation rates. He emphasized the need to prepare students to become self-reliant and job creators, noting that entrepreneurship training at FUT Minna is not limited to students, but also being explored for staff members.

The visit demonstrates the strong partnership between GIZ and FUT Minna in promoting entrepreneurship and economic development.
