Dr. Abdullahi Bappi Garkuwa, Gombe State Commissioner for Science, Technology, and Innovation, visited Gombe State University (GSU) on 15th November 2024, to facilitate a partnership with his alma mater, the People’s Friendship University of Russia.

The Honourable Commissioner for Science, Technology, and Innovation in Gombe State, Dr. Abdullahi Bappi Garkuwa, recently paid a significant courtesy visit to Gombe State University (GSU), where he presented an exciting opportunity for collaboration between the university and his alma mater, the People’s Friendship University of Russia.

During the visit, Dr. Garkuwa expressed his congratulations to the Acting Vice-Chancellor of GSU, Professor Sani Ahmed Yauta, on his recent appointment. He commended the university’s efforts in expanding its network of academic collaborations and highlighted the potential for growth that such partnerships could offer.
