Gombe State University Hosts Forum on Opportunities for Undergraduate Students

Gombe State University's Career Service Center recently hosted a forum to enlighten undergraduate students about various national and international opportunities available to them.
The event aimed to equip students withinformation and skills that transcend the classroom.
The university's commitment to student development and career guidance was emphasized by the Ag. Vice-Chancellor, Professor Sani Ahmed Yauta. He stated that the university's aim is not only to provide academic instruction but to expose students to life-changing opportunities that will prepare them for the future.
The resource person, Dr. Yunana Ahmed, encouraged students to be proactive in pursuing opportunities and highlighted various local and international fellowships, leadership training platforms, and scholarship programs. The forum ended with an interactive session, where students asked questions and received guidance on how to access and apply for various scholarships, internships, and capacity-building programs.
