Gombe State University Mourns the Passing of Professor Garba Kalayi

The Management of Gombe State University has announced with profound sadness the passing of Professor Garba Kalayi, the Pioneer Provost of the College of Medical Sciences. Professor Kalayi's demise has left a significant void in the university community.

The Janazah (funeral) prayer will be held today, Tuesday, at 1:00 PM at the Federal Teaching Hospital (FTH) Mosque, Gombe.

The university community extends its deepest condolences to the family, colleagues, and students of the late Professor Kalayi, praying that Allah (SWT) forgives his shortcomings and grants him Jannatul Firdaus.
